Before Contacting Us
For faster assistance, please review the following before reaching out:
- Order status & tracking: Check your shipping confirmation email for tracking updates.
- Processing time: Orders ship within 3 business days, excluding weekends and holidays.
- Returns & refunds: Return requests must be made within 14 days of delivery and must meet eligibility requirements.
- Damaged items: Please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos of the item and packaging.
