Processing & Shipping Information

Diamond painting kits, custom washi tape, and custom coverminders are currently made to order and have an estimated 6–10 week processing time before they are ready to ship.

To help keep our products affordable, we are transitioning to sea freight for transportation from our manufacturers. While this means slightly longer processing times, it allows us to continue offering quality products at reasonable prices.

Please note that processing times include production and transportation to our facility but do not include the final shipping transit time from our facility to you.

We are gradually transitioning our non-custom diamond painting kits from made-to-order to in-stock inventory! This is an exciting step forward for Mystical Artistry Haven, as it will eventually allow us to offer much faster shipping on many of our kits.

Because we are a small business, this transition will happen slowly, with select designs becoming available as in-stock products over time.

During this transition, some kits will remain made to order while others will be available in stock. Please check individual product listings for availability and processing information before purchasing.

Custom diamond painting kits will continue to be made to order.

Ordering In-Stock Items with Made-to-Order Products?

If your order contains both in-stock and made-to-order items, your entire order will be held and shipped together once all items are ready.

If you would prefer to have your in-stock items shipped separately and sooner, please leave a request in the cart notes section at checkout. Additional shipping charges may apply for split shipments.
