Shipping Policy

Order Processing Time

All orders are processed and shipped within 3 business days, excluding Saturdays, Sundays, and holidays.

Orders placed on weekends or holidays will begin processing on the next business day. Processing time is separate from shipping time.

During peak seasons, sales events, or holidays, processing times may be slightly extended. Any delays will be communicated when possible.

 

Shipping Carriers

We primarily ship orders using USPS. Carrier selection may vary depending on order size, weight, and destination.

Delivery times provided by USPS are estimates only and are not guaranteed.

Mystical Artistry Haven is not responsible for shipping delays caused by the carrier, weather conditions, or other circumstances beyond our control.

 

Shipping Rates

Shipping rates are calculated at checkout based on order weight, destination, and selected shipping method.

 

Order Tracking

Once your order has shipped, you will receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking information.

Please allow up to 24 hours for tracking updates to appear in the carrier’s system.

 

Shipping Insurance & Package Protection

Shipping insurance or package protection may be offered at checkout.

If insurance is declined, Mystical Artistry Haven is not responsible for lost, stolen, or damaged packages once they have been accepted by the carrier.

If insurance or package protection is purchased, claims must be filed within the timeframe specified by the carrier or protection provider.

 

Incorrect or Incomplete Addresses

Customers are responsible for providing accurate and complete shipping information at checkout.

Mystical Artistry Haven is not responsible for orders delayed, returned, or lost due to incorrect or incomplete addresses. Any reshipping costs will be the responsibility of the customer.

 

Lost or Stolen Packages

Once a package has been marked as delivered by USPS, Mystical Artistry Haven is not responsible for lost or stolen packages.

We recommend having packages delivered to a secure location.

 

Damaged Packages

If your order arrives damaged, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with clear photos of:

• The damaged item
• The packaging
• The shipping label

This allows us to assist with a carrier or insurance claim if applicable.

 

Local Pickup

Local pickup may be available by arrangement.

Customers selecting local pickup will be contacted when their order is ready. Orders not picked up within 14 days may be canceled and refunded at our discretion.

 

International Shipping

International shipping may be available.

International customers are responsible for all customs fees, duties, taxes, and import charges imposed by their country. Mystical Artistry Haven is not responsible for delays caused by customs processing.

For orders shipped to the European Union, estimated delivery is 7–21 business days from the date of shipment, depending on the destination country. Customs duties and import taxes may apply and are the responsibility of the customer. Please note that international shipments may be subject to delays due to customs processing.
