Return & Refund Policy

Returns

• Returns must be requested within 14 days of delivery, based on the carrier’s marked delivery date.
• Items must be unused, unopened, and in original condition to be eligible for return.
• Due to the nature of our products, used, opened, or altered items cannot be returned.

 

Non-Returnable Items

The following items are not eligible for return or refund:

• Opened or used products
• Custom or made-to-order items
• Digital downloads
• Clearance or marked final-sale items

Refunds

• Once a return is approved and received, refunds will be processed back to the original payment method.
• Original shipping costs are non-refundable.
• Customers are responsible for return shipping costs, unless the item arrived damaged or incorrect.

Damaged or Incorrect Orders

• If your order arrives damaged or incorrect, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos so we can make it right.
• Approved issues will receive a replacement or refund at our discretion.

How to Request a Return

To initiate a return, please contact us through our website or email us with:

• Your order number
• The reason for the return
• Photos (if applicable)

Returns sent without prior approval may not be accepted.

EU Customers: In accordance with the EU Consumer Rights Directive, customers in the European Union have the right to withdraw from their purchase within 14 days of receiving their order, without providing a reason, and regardless of whether the item has been opened or used (exceptions apply for custom/made-to-order items and digital downloads once accessed).
