Fractured Intent

Inspired by the themes of “No Good Deed” from Wicked, Fractured Intent explores the moment when good intentions begin to splinter under the weight of blame, grief, and impossible choices. It captures the frustration of trying to do what is right, only to be misunderstood, punished, or forced to question whether goodness was ever enough.

Dark, emotional, and powerful, this artwork reflects the breaking point between compassion and anger; the moment when hope fractures, restraint gives way, and someone decides they will no longer allow others to define their intentions.

The 50 × 75 cm artwork is hybrid-charted for square drills, combining thoughtful hand-charting with digital refinement to create cleaner details, smoother color transitions, and a more enjoyable rendering experience.
