Mystical Artistry Haven is looking to partner with artists to bring original artwork to life as premium diamond painting kits.
Our licensing program is designed to create a partnership where you retain ownership of your artwork, receive full credit for your work, and earn royalties each time a diamond painting kit featuring your licensed artwork is sold.
What We Offer
✨ Royalties on Every Kit Sold
Earn a percentage of the net sale price each time a diamond painting kit featuring your artwork is sold.
🎨 You Retain Your Copyright
Your artwork remains yours. Licensing your artwork to Mystical Artistry Haven does not transfer ownership of your copyright.
💜 Full Artist Credit
Licensed artwork will be credited to you on its product listing and associated kit materials. Each kit also includes a collectible trading card featuring the licensed artwork, with the artwork title and artist’s name printed on the back, giving you visible credit directly alongside your work.
📦 A Complimentary Kit
Each licensed artist will receive one complimentary diamond painting kit of their choosing featuring one of their licensed artworks, regardless of the total number of artworks licensed with Mystical Artistry Haven.
💰 Quarterly Royalty Payments
Sales and royalties are tracked individually for each licensed artwork, so you’ll be able to see how each of your designs performs. Royalty payments are issued quarterly along with a statement detailing the number of kits sold for each licensed artwork, the applicable net sales, royalty rate, and royalties earned.
Licensing Options
Selected Artwork Exclusivity
Under this option, only the specific artwork selected and licensed by Mystical Artistry Haven will be exclusive to our shop for diamond painting for the duration of the licensing agreement.
You remain free to license any of your other artwork that has not been selected by Mystical Artistry Haven to other diamond painting companies or businesses.
The selected artwork remains entirely yours, and you may continue using and selling it in other formats such as prints, stickers, apparel, merchandise, originals, and other non-diamond-painting products.
Artist Diamond Painting Exclusivity
Under this option, Mystical Artistry Haven will be your exclusive diamond painting licensing partner for the duration of the agreement. Artwork licensed for diamond painting during this period will be licensed exclusively through Mystical Artistry Haven.
This exclusivity applies specifically to diamond painting licensing. You retain ownership and copyright of your artwork and remain free to sell and use your work in other formats, including prints, stickers, apparel, merchandise, originals, and other non-diamond-painting products.
Specific royalty rates, terms, and the duration of exclusivity will be outlined in the licensing agreement.
How It Works
1. Apply
Complete the artist application below and share examples of your artwork.
2. Portfolio Review
We’ll review your artwork to determine whether it may be a good fit for Mystical Artistry Haven and our diamond painting collections.
3. Artwork Selection
If we’d like to move forward, we’ll contact you to discuss the specific artwork we’re interested in licensing.
4. Licensing Agreement
Before any artwork is reproduced, both parties will review and sign a licensing agreement outlining the selected artwork, royalty rate, licensing rights, payment terms, and other details.
5. Your Artwork Becomes a Kit ✨
Your selected artwork will be professionally rendered into a diamond painting design and prepared for release through Mystical Artistry Haven. The finished kit will include its collectible artwork trading card featuring your name as the artist.
What We’re Looking For
We’re looking for original, artist-created artwork that can translate beautifully into diamond painting.
We welcome both traditional artwork and hand-created digital artwork drawn or painted using programs such as Procreate.
AI-generated artwork is not accepted. Submitted artwork must be created by the applying artist and may not be generated, in whole or in part, using generative AI tools. Digital artwork is absolutely welcome, we’re simply looking for work that has been personally drawn, painted, or otherwise created by the artist rather than generated through an AI generator.
Submitting an application does not guarantee acceptance, and we may not be able to license every piece from an artist’s portfolio. Artwork is selected based on its suitability for diamond painting as well as its fit within Mystical Artistry Haven’s collections.
