A glowing full moon is wrapped in twisting thorned vines, representing the way addiction can entangle, restrict, and tighten its hold over time, while the surrounding flowers and golden details hint at the person and possibility that still exist beyond that struggle.

The contrast between the heavy thorns and the softer blooms reflects the complexity of addiction itself; pain and beauty, confinement and hope, darkness and the possibility of change existing side by side.
